RiverMind Virtual Assistance was created by Karissa Rigali in 2020 to help mental health professionals manage their invaluable and impactful practices in the midst of the pandemic.
Karissa's work is based in Western Massachusetts but serves clients near and far in the United States. Assistant work harmoniously blends her administrative strengths with her experience in the mental health field and passion for neurodiversity, mental health and wellness.
Karissa envisions more than a smooth workflow. Helping professionals have more energy and availability for their clients is the ultimate objective. Building and strengthening those connections is what keeps RiverMind flowing.
